As a Donor

If you are diagnosed with cancer in a hospital where our biobank nurse or trained clinical
team is situated, you may be approached to ask if you would be willing to donate samples. If
you agree, it will not affect your clinical treatment in any way – the surgeon will not take any
more tissue than they usually would and your treatment will not be adversely affected. We
will ask for an additional tube of blood when you are having other bloods taken.
