At our Biobank, we have a dedicated Bioinformatics facility where the NGS data analysis is being carried out. The in-house Bioinformatics analysis facility has a high-end server equipped with an Intel^® Xeon^® CPU running on CentOS 7 and multiple workstations with high RAM & storage capacities. We have the provision to store 200+ TB of data (with RAID5 configuration) as well.

The facility also houses the BaseSpace Onsite Sequence Hub, a local version of the BaseSpace from Illumina, enabling storage, analysis and sharing of data from all existing Illumina-platform sequencing systems. It is tailor-made for NGS analysis and comes with an array of easy-to-use applications, with provisions to make customizations also.
